1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders received after 3 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your location:
- Local Delivery (Houston, TX area): 3-5 business days
- Standard Shipping (Within Texas): 5-7 business days
- Out-of-State Shipping (Continental U.S.): 7-10 business days
- Customized orders(All regions): 3-4 weeks
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
